Data we collect

• Contact form: name, email address and the message you voluntarily send us. Used only to reply to you.
• Audience measurement (Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager): pages viewed, device, browser, approximate country, cookie identifiers. Only with your consent.
• Advertising (Google AdSense): cookie identifiers and browsing data used to serve and measure ads. Only with your consent.
• Necessary cookies: language, theme and storage of your cookie choices.

Legal basis and purposes

Processing relies on your consent (analytics and advertising cookies) and on our legitimate interest in answering your requests (contact form). Your data is never sold by the publisher.

Cookies and consent management

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse analytics and advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the “Manage cookies” link in the footer. Non-necessary cookies are only set after your consent and are deleted if you refuse them.

Google AdSense and partners

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads and may use cookies to show personalized ads based on your visits to this and other sites.

Recipients and transfers

Your data may be processed by Google (analytics, advertising), Vercel (hosting) and our email delivery provider for the contact form. Some of these providers are located outside Morocco, notably in the United States.

Retention

Contact form messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request, then for a maximum of 3 years. Cookies have a limited lifetime set by their issuers (generally 13 months at most).

Your rights

Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right of access, rectification and objection. To exercise them, write to yelmouss.devt@gmail.com. You may also contact the CNDP (https://www.cndp.ma).
